Daniel J. Hallbeck is the President of Hallbeck Homes, Inc. and Broker for Hallbeck Realty, Inc. He has been in custom homebuilding for over 29 years, and has experience in Real Estate since the late 1980s. Dan grew up in homebuilding, working on Hallbeck Homes’ construction sites during high school summer breaks before starting the design/build department. Besides his service to the company his father started in 1964, Dan has been a significant contributor to the industry, and to the community of Champaign-Urbana. Dan served 3 terms as President of the Home Builders Association of East Central Illinois, where he saw a desire for better representation at the State level. Having identified this need, Dan moved steadily up the ladder of the state organization, and in 1995 became President of the Homebuilders Association of Illinois. He has also served as a representative to the National Association of Homebuilders. Dan has a strong interest in youth sports and has been coaching baseball for 12 years and has spent many hours preparing and improving local baseball fields. Very strong supporters of the University of Illinois, Dan and his family have been contributors to the University of Illinois in support of athletics. Dan has been President of Hallbeck Homes since 1994, leading the company in new directions, building single family homes, zero lot homes and condominiums.

Richard J. Hallbeck is the Vice President of Hallbeck Homes. Rick has been in custom homebuilding for over 30 years and continues to help develop the Champaign area. He manages the developments from conceptual design and engineering all the way through maintenance and sales until the association can be formed. Rick is still actively involved in forming the associations that will be the foundation of our subdivisions.

Steve Hamilton has been with Hallbeck for over 40 years. Steve began working for Hallbeck in 1967 and has been a part of the team since.
Steve oversees all the jobsites and works closely with our subcontractors to make sure ever attention to detail is followed.

Linda Seed has been part of Hallbeck Homes for 25 years. She oversees the accounting and books for the company. If you have any questions concerning any accounting or general questions, please call Linda.

Lindsey K Osterbur is the Sales and Client Coordinator for Hallbeck Homes. Being a third generation Hallbeck, Lindsey has grown up watching her family build custom homes. Now being a part of the business for 3 years, she is helping give our clients assistance from start to finish on every project.
Lindsey is also a Certified Veterinary Technician and spent 5 years at the University of Illinois before joining the Hallbeck Team.
With a passion for design and a love to help people build their dream home, Lindsey hopes to become a stong part of Hallbeck Homes.
